YourPace Kid’s Trail Pakistan 2.0
BUILDING A BRIGHTER FUTURE: YOURPACE KID’S TRAIL PAKISTAN
From October to December 2024, YourPace, in partnership with Margalla Trail Runners, launched the second Kid’s Trail program in Pakistan. This two-month program provided free training to 800 unprivileged children across 12 schools and two open locations. We also welcomed children from inDrive drivers’ families, ensuring inclusivity and diverse participation.
FROM TRAINING FIELDS TO RUNNING TRACKS
The program offered thrice-weekly training sessions focused on developing running skills and promoting fitness. To ensure accessibility, we provided essential sports gear, including pants and scarves for girls and branded T-shirts for all participants. This initiative also introduced many children to their first running competition, with free participation, medals, and transport provided to make the experience memorable and motivating.
YOURPACE KIDS TRAIL PAKISTAN RACE 2.0
As part of the program, the YourPace Kid’s Trail Pakistan race was held on Sunday, November 24, featuring six exciting races for the participants. Each of them began with a 15-minute warm-up session and ended with medals and refreshments for all finishers. The event also offered fun activities, including an art corner, a musical performance, and photo booths for children to capture memories with friends, teachers, and coaches.

YourPace Keep Fit Circuit Nepal
REVITALIZING FITNESS CULTURE: YOURPACE KEEP FIT CIRCUIT NEPAL
From May to September 2024, YourPace, in collaboration with NRS Sports Foundation, launched the Keep Fit Circuit, a free training program designed to promote fitness and running culture across Nepal.
With more than 450 participants, including inDrive drivers and their children, the project aimed to address insufficient funding for sports activities and the lack of organised fitness communities in the country.
FOSTERING COMMUNITY THROUGH TRAINING AND RACES
Held across eight cities, the program offered regular running training sessions for people of all fitness levels. To bring together participants from multiple locations, YourPace organised a series of races in Swayambhu, Bhaktapur, and Patan, enhancing the community's engagement with sports. All runners received branded T-shirts and trainers, making the experience both professional and memorable.
SPOTLIGHT AT THE 16TH KATHMANDU MARATHON
The program concluded at the Kathmandu Marathon Sports Fair on September 20–21, offering interactive and educational activities for Keep Fit Circuit participants. Highlights included a raffle that awarded two EV scooters to local inDrive drivers and a tablet to a child participant.
On September 28, the Kathmandu Marathon itself brought together 3,000 runners, with YourPace providing crucial organizational support. Widely covered by over 40 media outlets, including the Himalaya Times, the program left a lasting mark on Nepal’s fitness landscape, inspiring an active and united community.

YourPace Women’s Running Path Egypt
BREAKING STEREOTYPES: YOURPACE WOMEN’S RUNNING PATH EGYPT
In April, YourPace launched a five-month training program designed exclusively for women, which took place in three cities across Egypt.
This initiative aimed to tackle the deep-rooted gender inequality and lack of support that prevent women in Egypt from being as active as their male counterparts. We created a safe and inclusive community of female athletes where they not only learned the basics of running but also embraced self-confidence — all free of charge.
BUILDING STRENGTH, KNOWLEDGE, AND BONDS
With an average of 100 participants per period, the program welcomed women from diverse backgrounds and social classes. We fostered a vibrant community of female runners and featured educational events that enhanced their journey. Several masterclasses covered topics like mental well-being, running techniques, and nutrition, while also providing opportunities for networking and personal growth.
To crown their achievements, participants joined two celebratory running events — a 5k and a 10k Run — showcasing their dedication and inspiring others.
AMPLIFYING VOICES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
The Women’s Running Path Egypt resonated widely, attracting attention across regional and international media platforms. Participants also shared glowing feedback, with many describing the program as a motivation for breaking barriers in their personal and professional lives.

YourPace Kid’s Trail Pakistan 1.0
EMPOWERING PAKISTAN'S YOUTH THROUGH RUNNING
In April, YourPace and Margalla Trail Runners organised the YourPace Kid's Trail Pakistan project, designed to provide children from urban slums with expert coaching and to empower them toward a healthy lifestyle.
The 8-week program engaged 255 young participants, offering free training, equipment, and safe spaces for growth and fun. This initiative was particularly empowering for Pakistani girls, with tailored support like sports scarves and pants ensuring their comfort during training activities.
BUILDING SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE
Delivered across six locations in Islamabad, the program’s weekly sessions focused on exercises, stretching, and engaging running activities. Adding a special touch, we organised one guest coach session at each training site, featuring runners with international race exposure. They inspired the children with personal stories of perseverance and success, followed by hands-on training and Q&A sessions.
YOURPACE KIDS TRAIL PAKISTAN RACE
On May 19th, as part of the program, we also helped organise the YourPace Kids Trail Pakistan race. Featuring three categories, the event brought together over 380 children aged 7 to 14 from diverse backgrounds. The race day was a celebration of the participant’s hard work and progress, showcasing the program's success in promoting inclusive sports and empowering Pakistan's youth.

Women Night Race
CELEBRATING WOMEN’S STRENGTH: WOMEN NIGHT RACE
On March 28, YourPace and Cairo Runners hosted the Women Night Race in Egypt, addressing the lack of sporting opportunities dedicated to women. With a focus on empowering female runners and fostering community spirit, this free-of-charge event brought together more than 220 participants. The evening featured a Family Run and the signature 5K Women's Race, creating a safe and supportive environment for athletes of all ages and abilities.
MORE THAN A RACE: “RUN, PACK, EAT”
After completing their respective courses, participants packed Ramadan food bags for local families, reinforcing the spirit of giving. The night concluded with a festive Suhur, where runners celebrated their achievements together.
To top it off, the event marked the launch of the Women’s Running Path Egypt Training Program, an initiative that aimed to build a more inclusive fitness culture for women.
MAKING HEADLINES AND INSPIRING CHANGE
While women-only sports events remain relatively rare in the region, the Women Night Race demonstrated the immense potential to expand their presence. The event made waves across digital platforms, earning coverage in 81 publications. Social media influencers Sarah Magdy and Aly Sakhr also amplified the race’s message, bringing it to an even larger audience.

The Unstoppable Race
Empowering the Next Generation Through Sports: inDrive Youth Race
The inDrive Youth Race took place on April 28, as an integral part of the celebrated Great Egyptian River Nile Marathon. This event marked a collaborative effort to foster a culture of well-being among the deprived youth.
Upon YourPace's involvement in this project, we introduced several initiatives to enhance the overall sports experience in Egypt. This included expanding access for athletes to certified competitions, providing substantial financial support, and implementing security measures for running events.
Joining Forces for Branding Success
We have supported the development of a 5-kilometre Youth Race with a strong emphasis on safety and accessibility. This includes meticulously planning road closures and providing essential medical support to participants.
Each of the 400 children under the age of 16 participated free of charge and was further equipped with an exclusive T-shirt and a lightweight sports bag. At the finish line, all runners were celebrated with commemorative medals and treated to refreshing fruit, enhancing their general experience. Moreover, this exciting event embraced both participation and competition, with prize money awarded to the deserving winners.

The inDrive Youth Race went beyond being a mere athletic event and instead showcased the collaborative impact of sports, bringing together global partners and local communities. It garnered attention from 30 publications and created a significant online presence with over 70 links. Notably, the AIMS website, a prestigious marathon and distance racing authority, highlighted the event, underscoring YourPace's essential role in facilitating participant involvement and battling social injustices.

Empowering Youth Through Atletica inDrive Training Program
In November 2023, YourPace launched a six-month Atletica inDrive Training Program, which was designed to provide underprivileged local children with the opportunity to train and participate in various running events.
Based in La Ligua, the program has the objective of involving 60 young athletes in sports activities. It offers consistent regular running sessions, provides essential equipment, and aims to prepare runners for admission to specialized sports clubs. Apart from that, this initiative works towards drawing the attention of stakeholders to the region's sports development.
Trail Eco Run: A Milestone for inDrive Kids Trail
A defining moment within the project was the Trail Eco Run on November 12, which marked a significant milestone for the inDrive Kids Trail, covering a 3.5 km route within the La Campana National Park. A total of 122 local children participated free of charge in categories tailored for both 6-9 and 10-14-year-olds, each provided with branded T-shirts and commemorative medals to celebrate their hard work and commitment.
Local Youth Triumph
Feedback from participants highlighted the event's success in its efforts to create a safe and engaging environment for runners while also working to address social injustices. By providing free participation, YourPace removed financial barriers and allowed local youth to take part in the race for the first time - a chance they had been previously denied due to economic hardship.

Ultra Trail Amazonica
Empowering Through Inclusivity: Kids Race
At the end of October 2023, YourPace, together with To Goal Sports Ventures, hosted a complex project across five villages of Amazon. This initiative aimed to address the problem of local children being unable to participate in organized sports activities.
In each village, we organised a special Kids Race, which gave around 200 young runners, aged 6 to 14, a chance to experience genuine racing for the first time. All children received matching T-shirts and medals, as a recognition of their participation, fostering a spirit of achievement.
Beyond Running: Workshops for a Better Community
YourPace’s impact extended beyond the racecourse as we also battled the injustice of indigenous communities having limited access to health-related resources and information. We have organised a series of educational workshops which covered topics such as environmental protection, physical activity, drug prevention, social entrepreneurship, aligning with the global cancer awareness campaign. A total of 170 individuals benefited from these insights, fostering personal growth and driving local economic development.

The excitement and influence of the project transcended physical boundaries and featured across various media platforms such as Jornal de Brasília and Instagram. Feedback from the event was positive, with participants appreciating the scenic beauty of the courses and the high level of organization.

Kathmandu Marathon
Keeping Nepal Active: The 'Keep Fit Circuit' Training Program
In August, YourPace launched the five-month "Keep Fit Circuit" training program, an entertaining initiative that swept across eight cities in Nepal. We helped develop an inclusive fitness routine five times a week, tailored to individuals of all ages, which eventually garnered 300+ members, each participating free of charge.
This project aimed to tackle the issue of limited access to fitness opportunities for the local population of Nepal due to insufficient funding and lack of running culture.
Kathmandu Marathon Celebration
On October 14, YourPace organized a Sports Fair, that not only featured the lottery but also included entertainment activities promoting a healthy lifestyle, all of which took place in the exhibition area before the race.
Later on, The Kathmandu Marathon became a stage for celebrating the "Keep Fit Circuit" project. With YourPace's financial support, 191 training program participants and 263 local school children were granted free entry, underlining the program’s commitment to nurturing young talents. Furthermore, the marathon's grand winner received an e-scooter, highlighting the event's festive and rewarding nature.

The race and training program garnered extensive media coverage, making headlines in over 30 digital and print publications. Andes Race
Nurturing Future Champions: inDrive Kids Race & Training Festival
In the second half of August, Peru witnessed youthful enthusiasm with YourPace's commitment to nurturing young talent. On August 11, we organized a three-day Kids Training Festival, which was specifically designed to address the dearth of training opportunities for local runners. Over 70 children received expert guidance from the 2022 trail runner champion, fostering a love for a healthy lifestyle, martial arts, and environmental stewardship.
Opportunities For All
The project's proactive approach went beyond the training activities, as we hosted an inDrive Kids Race (1k) two weeks later. YourPace made it possible for nearly 100 children from the Willloc and Ollantaytambo areas to participate in the event free of charge, promoting the idea that running is accessible to everyone. The race kicked off at the city's main square, with the mayor waving the flag, and celebrating the young runners.
Media Buzz and TV Spotlight
The event's impact echoed across various media platforms, from LinkedIn to Instagram, running aggregators, and mainstream media publications, expanding its reach far beyond the racecourse. The Kids Race even garnered the attention of a Spanish sports television channel, highlighting the profound impact of YourPace's community initiatives.

Tamuda Bay Eco Triathlon
A Commitment to Inclusivity: inDrive Kids & Unlimited Race
In the middle of May, the Tamuda Bay Eco Triathlon in Morocco cooperated with YourPace, sparking a movement for the accessible sport through the inDrive Kids & Unlimited Race.
This initiative was designed to tackle a range of issues, including the lack of specific categories for individuals with disabilities, as well as the limited opportunities for local children to take part in sports events. Additionally, the high cost of race slots prevented many amateur athletes from joining the race.
Participation Over Winning
YourPace, with its inclusive approach, helped create a race specifically designed for people with special needs, granting them complimentary participation. We also addressed financial barriers by providing free slots to local runners and covering the associated costs. A total of 130 children and about 40 athletes with disabilities took part in this unique race, celebrated with not only medals but also branded T-shirts, which became tangible symbols of their shared accomplishment.
Extensive Coverage
The event saw a turnout of 600 participants, including 240 runners who enjoyed complimentary entry thanks to YourPace. The project's proactive approach was not only felt on the track but echoed throughout the digital landscape with many likes and widespread recognition.
